Vanessa Navarro is vice president, head of science & technology innovation at Danaher Corporation, where she drives organizational transformation to support sustainable growth across the company’s life science and pharmaceutical businesses. She launched and scaled the Danaher Beacon program, the intrapreneurship initiative, and the Danaher Summits, expanding access to top domain expertise and fostering innovation within a distributed R&D network.

Vanessa brings a strong background in strategy and innovation, with prior leadership roles at Eisai, Repertoire immune medicines, Vertex Pharmaceuticals, and as co-founder of the Brain Tumor Investment Fund.
