Stan Spence brings over 30 years of experience in translational sciences and strategic drug development to his current role as the Senior Vice President at Charles River Laboratories. His career encompasses integrated nonclinical programs across pharmacology, toxicology, drug metabolism, and pharmacokinetics.

Stan has contributed to over 50 IND/CTA submissions and NDA/BLA filings, supporting drug development programs across the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. His nonclinical leadership has advanced small molecule and biologic drug candidates from IND-enabling studies through late-phase regulatory submission.
