Samuel Chuang leads a global team of scientists at Charles River Laboratories, bringing over 25 years of experience across academia, biotechnology, and nonclinical CRO research. He collaborates with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies, medical and research institutions, and academics worldwide to create, advise, and monitor nonclinical regulatory safety programs.

Samuel provides scientific and regulatory expertise across a wide range of drug classes and therapeutic areas, and serves on Charles River's scientific advisory board with a focus on New Approach Methodologies.
